Unfortunately, many issues arose with cleanliness, including stains and unmaintained common areas, detracting from overall satisfaction.

The check-in process was effortless, and the

staff was welcoming and helpful. However, I found the room lacking in cleanliness and the shower had poor water pressure.

The convenience of this hotel’s location is overshadowed by cleanliness issues and lackluster service. Despite friendly staff, I encountered a dirty room and no breakfast offerings one morning. While parking was plenty, I felt uneasy due to surrounding safety concerns. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement to create a more pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic time exploring the Atlanta History Center during our stay with 20 family members. The gardens were beautiful, and the Swan House was stunning. Breakfast was enjoyable, with ample options for everyone to kick off our busy days.

My kids wished for a better pool area, as it felt unsafe with rowdy teens. It would be great to have a dedicated staff person to monitor the pool and ensure families can enjoy the facilities comfortably.

Let's address a few glaring issues!!! Room cleanliness needs serious attention as stains and unclean bathrooms were a concern!!! The air conditioning units are loud and disruptive, making sleep difficult!!! Plus, the shuttle service needs clearer info on pick-up points to avoid confusion!!!

During my stay, the staff were exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made a huge difference in my experience. The location near the airport and various shopping options was incredibly convenient, making it easy to grab a bite or do a bit of shopping. However, the noise from neighboring rooms was a little disruptive at times, impacting my overall comfort.

After a long flight, I checked in to find my room spotless and just as I requested. I loved taking a dip in the heated pool and lounging on the sun terrace after a busy day. The only thing was a little noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience. 😊

This place was an ideal choice for a lightning trip in Atlanta with very good value for money. The location was perfect, just a short drive to both the airport and downtown. Many restaurants were nearby. Make sure to ask for extra towels upon check-in to avoid any mix-ups later.
